The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Data & Technology team. You’ll support diverse technology projects, delivering analysis, insights and process improvements that drive transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements
- Lead analysis and process mapping for technology projects
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements through interviews, surveys, and workflow analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Analyse and visualise data to support decision making
- Support delivery of new systems, reporting, training, and enhancements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Business Analysis across complex environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ERP cloud solutions
- Ability to rapidly understand and document business processes
- Knowledge of BA frameworks, methodologies, and process improvement techniques
