We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is a remote role based in the UK.
Role Overview
The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business challenges, gathering and analysing requirements, and ensuring that solutions meet stakeholder needs. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring smooth project execution and successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate stakeholder engagements to capture and analyse requirements
- Document and prioritise business needs, translating them into product specifications
- Maintain requirement-to-solution traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct thorough business process analysis, identifying improvements
- Gather and interpret data to support business cases and requirements
- Convert business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solutions are delivered
- Facilitate testing, implementation, and business-as-usual (BAU) transitions
Requirement
- Experience across the end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
- Strong understanding of BA tools, techniques, and documentation
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to build business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and support investment appraisals
- Skilled in producing Business Requirement Documents, catalogues, process flows, prototypes, and gap analyses
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in documenting as-is, to-be processes, and identifying improvements
Security Requirement: This role requires enhanced security clearance. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years UK residency.
