The Role
As a Business Analyst at Cytora, you will:
- Analyse technical underwriting guides and question sets to identify key data points, determine appetite, and prioritise rules.
- Collaborate with underwriting team leaders and underwriters to create process workflows before and after Cytora implementation.
- Support the delivery team with requirement refinement.
- Assist with deployment to insurers, including training, operational transformation, and process efficiency improvements.
- Define and track benefits by implementing baseline and measurement methods.
