Job Description
The University of Leeds is embarking on an ambitious Digital Transformation to enhance our IT infrastructure, supporting world-class learning and research. We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to join IT projects that underpin critical university systems and processes.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with project managers, business representatives, end-users, and technical teams to deliver systems that enable efficient and effective business processes in alignment with University strategy.
Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements and model business processes using recognised techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the University.
- Solve problems creatively while managing multiple priorities.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business needs and strategic goals.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Working knowledge of business process modelling techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
💡 This role may be suitable for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route (subject to salary and eligibility requirements).
