Overview

Revelation Gold Group is seeking a confident and people-oriented Business Development & Advisor Partnerships Intern to support growth through outbound outreach and relationship building. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in business development, partnerships, and financial services. A significant part of this internship involves making outbound calls to financial professionals, affiliate partners, and advisor networks to introduce the company and generate partnership interest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential affiliate and advisor partners
  • Introduce Revelation Gold Group’s mission, services, and partnership opportunities
  • Qualify prospects and gather key information
  • Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in a CRM or tracking system
  • Support outreach via email and LinkedIn
  • Research potential partners and advisor networks
  • Assist with call scripts and outreach messaging
  • Track and report weekly outreach activity
  • Collaborate with leadership on partnership strategies

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Professional and personable communication style
  • Ability to handle objections calmly and respectfully
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Interest in business development, partnerships, sales, or financial services

Preferred Experience

  • Sales, customer service, or outreach (6 months preferred)
  • Phone-based communication (6 months preferred)
  • CRM or lead tracking tools (6 months preferred)
