Job Description
BPP is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Representative to help drive our commercial growth. This role focuses on generating revenue opportunities, nurturing leads, and building long-term client relationships through a consultative approach.

Role
- Qualify prospects by identifying training and development needs aligned with BPP Corporate Training services
- Secure meetings between qualified prospects and Corporate Account Managers
- Research client companies to identify decision-makers and opportunities
- Engage prospects via calls and emails to spark interest and assess needs
Requirement
- Up to 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or sales development (preferably in B2B, technology, or education/training)
- Interest in technology, education, or skills development sectors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resilience, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Organisational and time management skills
- Professional, polite, and motivated to grow a career in sales
Interview Process
- Competency-based interview with two team members (60 minutes)
