What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Insight Team Leader, you’ll coordinate and support the delivery of high-quality business insights and reporting across Ricoh UK. You’ll act as a central point of contact for reporting alignment, ensuring consistency and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating the Business Insight team’s reporting activities
- Supporting analysts in prioritising tasks and aligning outputs with business needs
- Ensuring consistency and quality across reporting platforms
- Promoting best practices in data visualisation and storytelling
- Translating business needs into clear reporting objectives
- Presenting insights and updates to stakeholders
- Driving process improvement, automation, and self-service reporting frameworks
- Acting as SME for all business information using SQL, Power BI, DAX, VBA, Power Query, and Excel
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in business intelligence and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, VBA, and Excel
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence across teams
- Experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement
