Overview
We are looking for a Business Sales Executive to drive strategic growth and sales performance. You will play a central role in meeting sales targets, strengthening customer engagement, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers both in-store and online to understand needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide detailed quotations (pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and installation options).
- Coordinate and oversee delivery and setup of goods, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Stay current with product updates and customer insights to support retail strategy.
- Keep accurate sales records and manage customer accounts effectively.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Passionate about sales and skilled in relationship-building.
- Experience with social media and analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Results-driven, proactive, and eager to exceed targets.
- Accurate with numbers—confident handling quotes and margins.
- Fluency in Mandarin or other East Asian languages is highly advantageous.
