Overview
Join our Exeter Community Mental Health Teams as a Business Support Administrator. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams run efficiently — supporting clinicians and making a real difference to patients’ lives.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), though part-time and flexible working options are available.

Main Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Exeter Adult Community Mental Health Teams (ages 18–65).
- Handle minute-taking, document formatting, and meeting organisation.
- Manage inbound calls and messages from patients, families, and professionals.
- Input and maintain sensitive data accurately within electronic systems.
- Support diary management, room bookings, agendas, and meeting records.
- Ensure timely handling of requisitions and documentation.
