The Role

As a Business Support Officer in our Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Service, you will:

  • Provide high-level administration support across the team.
  • Maintain accurate data and financial records with full adherence to Data Protection regulations.
  • Confidently arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Liaise professionally with service users, partners, and agencies.
  • Support the Independent Reviewing Officer team with day-to-day operations.
  • Use systems including Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams.
