Summary
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Call Agents (Band 2) to join our Adult Mental Health Services at the Caludon Centre.
This role supports call handling, referrals, and administration for the Adult Mental Health Front Door and Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team. You’ll be working in a busy environment that operates 24/7, 365 days a year including bank holidays, Christmas, and New Year.
Main Duties
- Handle calls and referrals into Adult Mental Health services.
- Provide administrative support for the Mental Health Front Door.
- Manage worklists and ensure processes are followed within service timescales.
