Summary
The Telecommunications Department at UHNM, Royal Stoke is recruiting for Call Centre Assistants to join the team.
- Deliver a busy 24/7 telephone switchboard/operator service.
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, staff, GPs, and healthcare professionals.
- Handle calls ranging from general enquiries to internal critical emergency response procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service with calmness, flexibility, and clear communication.
Important:
UHNM cannot provide sponsorship for Band 2 and Band 3 roles under UKVI guidelines. Applicants with a Graduate Visa are welcome, but must have at least six months validity remaining at the start of employment. Sponsorship will not be available when the visa expires.
Duties of the Job
- Work shifts on a roster of 5 days over 7.
- Shift times vary: earliest start 6am, latest finish 10pm.
- Flexibility required, including covering night shifts when necessary.
