Job Summary

Heatsense Eco Ltd is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Centre Sales Agent to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers—providing support, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a professional and friendly approach.

 Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and assist customers promptly.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Record and maintain detailed customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries until resolution.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous call centre or customer service experience (preferred, not essential).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly telephone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer use and software applications.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
