You will spend your time supporting our residents in all aspects of daily living, delivering meaningful activities that stimulate and encourage physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
We are looking for people who are keen to make a difference, who strive to work within a culture which enables our residents to feel safe, secure and empowered. A culture that actively promotes residents human rights, putting them at the centre of their care and support, enabling them to exercise voice and control over the process and outcomes that will help them to achieve wellbeing.
You will have previous experience in a care setting; either hold QCF level 2 or be willing to work towards it. You will be required to work a rota system over a 7 day period and be flexible as and when necessary to meet the needs of the service.
You will receive excellent managerial support with training and development opportunities.

We are committed to providing quality person centred care for people living with both physical and mental health issues; we provide accommodation, care and support over three sites.
• Parklands Residential Home, Malpas for up to 26 people.
• Blaen Y Pant House, Malpas for up to 32 people.
• Spring Gardens, Pillgwenlly for up to 32 people.We are looking for highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
Contracts available on a 4 week ‘rolling’ set rota pattern;18 hrs per week at Spring Gardens, mixed shifts of days & aft/eve
