Job Description
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will support clients in their own homes, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to live independently. Your role involves providing high-quality care tailored to individual needs, helping clients maintain dignity and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving licence & own vehicle required
- Provide personal care
- Assist with mobility and transferring
- Support with medication administration
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
- Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with shopping and errands
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health
- Maintain accurate care records
Requirements
- Valid UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle (required)
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying schedules
