About the Role
My Care Grampian is recruiting dedicated Care and Support Staff across Inverurie, Insch, Kintore, Kemnay, and nearby areas. We offer flexible working options — full-time, part-time, or weekend-only — to suit your schedule.
As a Care Assistant, you will help vulnerable people live independently and with dignity. Your role will include:
- Providing personal care and hygiene support
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication
- Helping with light household tasks
No previous experience is required — we provide comprehensive in-house training and continuous support to help you build a rewarding career in care.

Requirements
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Ability to follow a regular work rota
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- Good English communication and basic IT skills
Experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not essential.
