Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Care Assistants (Drivers Only) to join our growing team. You will provide essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting with mobility and physical activity
- Administering medication (following training and guidelines)
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behaviour
- Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans
Requirements
- Previous care experience (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (drivers only)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced PVG check
