Salary: £14.46 – £28.92 per hour
Contract: Permanent (25, 30 & 35 hour contracts available)
Shifts: 7am–2:30pm & 4pm–11pm
Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Required

About the Role
ECL is hiring Care Assistants to support customers in the Southwick area, helping them regain independence at home. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and relearning essential daily living skills.
No previous experience is required — full training, induction, and mentoring provided.

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to car with business insurance
- Ability to travel across Southwick and surrounding areas
- Compassionate and willing to support people’s independence
- Availability to work every other weekend
