Job Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Complex Care Assistants to join a dedicated healthcare team in London.

Available shift patterns include:

• 12-hour day shifts (2 hours unpaid break)
• 12-hour night shifts (2 hours unpaid break)
• Live-in care (12 hours daytime support plus sleeping nights)

This role is ideal for candidates with proven complex care experience who are compassionate, adaptable, and committed to delivering high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Providing medication support
• Mobility assistance (Full body hoist, Sara Steady, standing hoist)
• Meal preparation
• Light domestic duties and shopping
• Social and emotional support, including companionship and outings
• Infection control
• Complex care support including:
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Gastrostomy care
  • End-of-life care
  • Spinal cord injury support
  • Bowel management
  • Stoma care
  • Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK (or eligible for Skilled Worker sponsorship)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient English
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check
• Health and Social Care training or qualification
• Healthcare or nursing background (essential)
• Proven complex care experience (essential)
