About the Role
Cedar Care Homes is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate individuals to join their team as Care Assistants.
As a Care Assistant, you will work within a supportive and diverse team to provide high-quality, resident-centred care. This role is rewarding and fulfilling, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents every day.
Even if you do not have previous care experience, full training and development will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centred care and support
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Build respectful relationships with residents and families
- Work collaboratively with team members and healthcare professionals
- Maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing of residents
Requirements
- Caring, empathetic, and passionate about supporting others
- Willingness to work shifts (Days, Nights, or either)
- Previous experience in nursing/dementia care (preferred but not required)
- Experience in a care home setting (preferred)
- UK work authorisation (required)
- Ability to reliably commute to Bristol BS32 4AB
Preferred:
- UK Driving Licence & own vehicle
