A 15-bedroom Residential Care Home in Coventry is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to support residents aged 65+. This role focuses on ensuring residents’ comfort, dignity, safety, and overall wellbeing while delivering person-centred care.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and medication management
- Deliver support based on individualised care plans
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
- Follow all health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care home (essential)
- Good understanding of care plans
- Basic IT skills for documentation
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
