Care Birmingham is seeking experienced and compassionate Community Care Assistants to join our trusted team. With over 20 years of dedicated service, we partner with local councils and community organisations to provide high-quality, one-to-one care for people in their own homes.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in domiciliary or community care (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required)
- Good knowledge of Kingstanding, Erdington, or Sutton Coldfield
- Willingness to work alternate weekends
- NVQ Level 2+ in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- A kind, reliable, and professional approach to person-centred care
