Overview
At HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything we do. As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll support the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care services.
Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene, meals)
- Supporting with daily activities
- Maintaining dignity, comfort and individuality of each resident
- Offering compassionate care including end-of-life support
- Recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns
This is a nights-only position.
