Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents during night shifts. Duties include assisting with personal care, supporting residents at mealtimes and bedtimes, helping residents get in and out of bed, and encouraging participation in stimulating activities.
Full training and ongoing career development are provided. While experience is beneficial, it is not essential. A caring attitude and willingness to learn are key.
