Job Description
As Care Home Deputy Manager at a Barchester care home, you’ll support the delivery of the high-quality care we’re known for. Working closely with the General Manager and stepping into leadership in their absence, you’ll be instrumental in:
- Overseeing care standards
- Motivating and leading a multidisciplinary team
- Conducting regular audits and supervising clinical practices
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Driving improvement strategies to enhance care delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience supporting residents with various health needs
- A proven track record in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
- HR knowledge, along with budget management and some marketing and sales understanding
- Strong leadership, compassion, and resilience
