Overview
As Care Home Deputy Manager of a Barchester care home, you’ll support the delivery of the high-quality care we’re known for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you’ll help ensure care standards are met and your team is motivated to provide the best possible quality of life for every resident.
Your responsibilities will include:
