Job Summary
We are seeking a Care Professional to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes. The role involves assisting with care plans, effective communication, and utilising IT skills to enhance the quality of care provided.
Key Duties
- Assist in the implementation of individualised care plans for clients in their homes
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Use IT systems for documentation and reporting
- Drive to different locations for home care visits
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a similar setting (desirable)
- Ability to follow care plans and provide person-centred care
- Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driving licence (required)
- Minimum of 1 year care experience (required)
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
