About the Role
Care2Victory Services Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join its Home Care team in Kent.
You will support children, young people, and adults (Birth – 99 years) to live independently in their own homes and community settings. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect, wellbeing, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, hair, dental and skincare)
- Medication administration and management
- Supporting service users to attend appointments
- Providing companionship
- Continence care
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning)
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ domiciliary care experience
- Ability to work at least 37.5 hours per week (including weekends & bank holidays)
- Full, clean UK driving licence (theory & practical passed)
- Access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Enhanced DBS (on renewal service)
- Minimum education: A-Levels or GCSEs
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
- First Aid skills (preferred)
- Fluent English
- Candidates living in Sittingbourne/Sheerness preferred
