About the Role
Sandbanks Resource Centre is a CQC-registered 60-bed care home supporting adults aged 55+ living with dementia and physical disabilities. We welcome applicants without prior care experience or formal qualifications. What matters most is compassion, values, and a willingness to learn. Full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Duties
- Supporting residents with personal care needs
- Encouraging participation in wellbeing activities such as arts and crafts, gardening, musical evenings, watching sports and social events
- Promoting independence, comfort and quality of life
