Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated Care / Support Worker to join our team of Personal Assistants, supporting a client in the Blackburn area to live an independent and fulfilling lifestyle in their own home.
This varied role includes:
- Supporting clinical care needs
- Providing companionship
- Assisting with activities in the local community (e.g. walks, cafes, swimming)
Key Requirements
- Ideally a car driver (not essential)
- Be mindful of pet hair due to client allergies
- No perfume or scented body spray allowed
- Dogs are present in the family household

Experience in the following is essential:
- Supporting anxiety and positive behaviour management
- Personal care (showering, drying, dressing)
- Providing companionship and community support
- Medication administration
Also required:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to cover staff leave and sickness
