Overview
As a Child and Family Worker in the Eden Team, you will:
- Deliver direct support to vulnerable children, young people, and families.
- Undertake parenting assessments and contribute to multi-agency planning.
- Supervise family contact sessions and maintain detailed records.
- Ensure children’s voices are central in all assessment and intervention work.
Essential Criteria
- Qualifications: NNEB, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent in Childcare/Children & Families.
- Experience: At least 1 year working with children and families.
- Skills: Strong communication, ability to write clear reports, flexible, compassionate, solution-oriented.
