Overview

North Lanarkshire Council is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join their team as Cleaners at St. Kevin’s Community Hub. This role helps ensure the school environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

As a Cleaner, you will help maintain high standards of hygiene across the school premises. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, communicate effectively, and approach your tasks with flexibility and positivity.

Requirements

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and materials
  • Basic understanding of Health & Safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Full training will be provided for successful applicants.

Important Information

Successful candidates must join the PVG Scheme before starting. This will be arranged by North Lanarkshire Council.

Work Pattern

  • 4 positions: 15 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 15:15 to 18:15
  • 1 position: 10 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 15:15 to 17:15
