Overview

Southampton City Council is looking for a Clerk of Works to join our Construction Project Delivery team.
You’ll play a key role in monitoring and inspecting construction projects, especially housing refurbishment and improvement schemes.
This role requires strong construction knowledge and experience in site inspections, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.
