Overview
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for new applicants and prospective members. You’ll guide candidates through the qualification process, build strong relationships, and present available programs and services.
This is a fully remote role offering growth opportunities, paid training, and performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, high-level service to new applicants
- Contact prospective clients and applicants
- Review candidate application details
- Conduct qualifying interviews to assess eligibility
- Build rapport and establish trust with candidates
- Present and explain program options and services
- Maintain ongoing relationships with members through follow-ups
- Track interactions using a CRM system
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience
- Background in Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, or Client Relations preferred
- Fluent in English with strong diction and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with professionals from diverse industries
- Ability to use CRM systems (training provided)
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Efficient typing skills
- Motivated, outgoing, and results-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior sales experience (especially inside or scripted phone sales)
- Degree from an accredited institution
- Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems
- Strong enunciation and verbal clarity

- Laptop or desktop (Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.13+)
- High-speed broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps up/down – no mobile hotspots)
- USB headset with over-the-mouth microphone
- Webcam
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
