Job Description

We are currently offering sponsorship swaps for Care Assistants. If you are on sponsorship with a domiciliary care agency but not receiving the required hours, we would love to hear from you.

As a full-time Care Professional, you will receive guaranteed contracted hours. Flexibility is required, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Assisting with daily living tasks
  • Home help (cleaning, laundry, errands)
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Preparing meals and monitoring nutrition
  • Assisting with appointments and mobility
  • Supporting clients to remain independent at home

Our Care Professionals build respectful and friendly relationships with clients, offering truly personalised support based on shared experiences and individual needs.

Qualifications

To be considered, you must:

  • Have at least 1 year of care experience (domiciliary, care home, or hospital)
  • Be currently in the UK and under Sponsorship
  • Possess a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
  • Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Be genuinely passionate about improving others’ lives
