Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum (plus bonus)

Overview
Argus Media, a global leader in energy and commodities market intelligence, is looking for a CRM Business Systems Analyst to join its technology team in London.
You’ll play a key role in modernising Argus’ enterprise software — enhancing CRM & ERP systems, supporting Salesforce configuration, and collaborating across departments to deliver business-driven technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, document, and optimise business processes (“as-is” and “to-be”).
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce, ensuring data quality and user efficiency.
- Manage system issues, enhancement requests, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers across CRM, ERP, and core services.
- Support end-user training and adoption during new releases and go-live phases.
- Promote best practices in workflow design and change management.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on Salesforce (or other CRM) experience.
- Strong understanding of business analysis and agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Proficiency in Jira and backlog management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, organised, and adaptable with problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Business Analysis certification (BCS preferred).
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist) are desirable.
