Job Description
The Children’s Society is seeking a CRM Configuration Analyst to join the CRM and Data team within the Digital, Data & Technology group.
This role will be instrumental in configuring and customising the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Manage CRM administration tools, data management, and customisation.
- Provide outstanding customer support, guiding end users with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with a user-centred approach.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in CRM configuration, customisation, and data management (Dynamics preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset focused on operational efficiency.
