Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Customise and extend Dynamics 365 modules using configuration and custom code (C#, plugins, workflows, actions, Power Apps, JavaScript)
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions
- Write and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, data flows, and system configurations
- Support data migration and integration between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Azure services and APIs
- Participate in QA, testing, and deployment across environments
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and optimise system performance and usability
- Develop and plug in workflows using C#
Key Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Solid knowledge of C#/.NET and Azure cloud services
- Experience with plugins, workflows, and Power Apps
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
