Your Mission
As CRM Manager, your mission is to increase customer lifetime value by owning and optimising customer communications across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app messaging. You’ll design CRM strategies, run lifecycle campaigns, and collaborate across teams to drive engagement, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
Your Team
You’ll be part of the Customer Marketing team, within Global Operations at Teya, reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing. The team sets the direction for communication, content, and customer experiences across 9 markets — driving engagement and lifetime value from acquisition to retention.
What You’ll Do
- Shape and evolve CRM strategy with segmentation, personalisation, and cross-channel delivery.
- Own CRM strategy for product areas or lifecycle stages with accountability for performance.
- Design and run campaigns in Braze: workflows, A/B tests, analytics, and optimisation.
- Launch CRM campaigns for new products/features and cross-sell opportunities (Business Account, Cash Advance, E-POS).
- Support lead nurturing and conversion for performance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with data analysts to run experiments that improve activation and retention.
- Partner with the community team to create case studies and impactful content.
Your Story
- 5+ years’ experience in CRM with measurable impact.
- Confident leading CRM for product areas or lifecycle stages.
- Expert user of Braze (journey building, personalisation, segmentation).
- Strong copywriting skills in English with a good design instinct.
- Highly analytical, commercially aware, and KPI-focused.
- Experience collaborating with product, data, and content teams.
- Organised and skilled at managing end-to-end delivery of campaigns.
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.
- Growth mindset with eagerness to learn.
- Available to work from our London HQ at least 3 days per week.
