About the Role

Invaluable is hiring multiple full-time Customer Care Representatives to join our fully remote Customer Care team. This role is ideal for experienced customer service professionals with a background in auctions or e-commerce who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will support both auction houses (B2B) and bidders/buyers (B2C), helping them successfully use the Invaluable platform. Full training on our systems will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist auction houses, bidders, and buyers with technical and non-technical inquiries
  • Own customer issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Deliver tutorials and guidance on using the Invaluable platform
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of Invaluable’s features and processes
  • Locate and manage customer account information across multiple platforms
  • Accurately document all customer interactions
  • Represent the voice of the customer by collaborating with internal teams
  • Complete administrative tasks and support special projects as needed

Skills Required

  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Payment processing experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Talkdesk, Looker, and Slack is a plus

Required Experience

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the auction industry
  • Customer service experience via phone, email, and chat
  • Strong customer-first mindset with attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Ability to support a high volume of customer interactions daily
  • Comfortable managing multiple conversations across channels
  • Proven success working in a fully remote environment
  • Warm, approachable demeanor that supports collaboration in a remote team
