This role sits within our demand management and network infrastructure team, providing advanced metering solutions for key energy suppliers.
Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will ensure that all customers are dealt with in an effective, accurate, and timely manner. You will support the Customer Experience Team with daily operations, handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer enquiries, book appointments, and capture accurate data for reports.
You’ll work closely with the Customer Experience Manager and Team Leaders to promote the profile of M Group Services, escalate priority issues, and maintain ownership of customer issues through to resolution.
This is a remote, work-from-home role. Equipment will be provided. Applicants must have a good Wi-Fi connection and a quiet working space. Preference will be given to candidates based near Langley, Hayes, West Drayton, Slough, Maidenhead, Reading, Southall, and West Ealing.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Manage customer enquiries and book appointments
- Capture and report accurate call data
- Escalate service issues and ensure resolution
- Meet and exceed personal, team, and service level targets
Requirements
- Passion for customer service
- Experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Proven administration and communication skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Additional languages are advantageous but not essential
