Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor, supporting customers remotely with full training and equipment provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication and IT skills looking for reliable remote work.

Hours:
- 37–40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday)
- Shifts:
- Monday to Friday: 8am – 8pm (8-hour shifts)
- Saturday to Sunday: 8am – 6pm
- Two weekends off per month
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls regarding maintenance and emergency issues
- Log customer notes accurately in internal systems
- Take payments over the phone as needed
- Resolve complaints professionally and empathetically
- Own the customer experience from start to finish
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong IT and system navigation skills
- Excellent communication and listening abilities
- Confident, professional phone manner
- Must have a home workstation setup and reliable internet
