We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our Bristol Insurance team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide outstanding service and support to ensure a positive experience across all interactions. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help customers understand our financial products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clear information about our financial products and services.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
  • Record all customer interactions accurately using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Analyse feedback and identify trends for process improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software (highly desirable).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
