Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide clear information about our financial products and services.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Record all customer interactions accurately using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance overall service delivery.
- Analyse feedback and identify trends for process improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software (highly desirable).
