Location: Home-Based with travel to Solihull and Worcester offices
Salary: £22,452 – £24,947 per year (dependent on experience)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally while working to set KPIs. This is a key role in delivering customer service excellence across the organisation.
Where will I be working?
This is primarily a home-based role. You will need to travel to our Worcester or Birmingham Business Park offices, especially during your training period (approximately 3 times a week for the first 6 weeks). After training, occasional office attendance is required for team working days.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably telephony or contact centre
- Commitment to resolving queries at first contact
- Excellent communication skills with people of all ages and backgrounds
- Empathy and people skills to manage difficult conversations
- IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft packages
- Ability to commute to Worcester (WR5 1AQ) and Birmingham Business Park (B37 7YD)
