Seedbox is hiring a Customer Service Agent for the overnight shift! You’ll represent our brand and provide top-quality support — only through email and chat (no calls!). This role is ideal for those who enjoy working independently, multitasking between customer conversations, and finding creative ways to deliver excellent service.
Work Schedule
- Days: Friday to Monday
- Hours: 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. EST
- Training: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST (4–6 weeks, remote)
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Provide billing support, product recommendations, and basic technical assistance
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to team performance goals
Requirements
- Excellent written English (French or other languages are a plus)
- Reliable remote setup: quiet workspace, high-speed wired internet, and webcam
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Ability to multitask efficiently and type quickly
- Comfortable working across multiple screens and applications
- Positive, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with online streaming platforms and web browsers
