Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service at reception and throughout the centre.
- Host children’s parties, manage escape rooms, and oversee laser and karaoke rooms.
- Deliver food orders and ensure the venue stays clean and welcoming.
- Be proactive with sales opportunities and guest engagement.
