About the Role
Certas Energy is looking for a Retail Customer Service Assistant to join their petrol filling station/store team in Lerwick.
You’ll be the face of the store — serving customers, handling transactions, restocking shelves, and ensuring health & safety standards are maintained.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Retail experience (desirable but not essential – full training provided)
- Hardworking, dependable, eager to learn
- Polite, professional, friendly attitude
- Must be 18+ (due to petrol licensing & lone working regulations)
