Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs
  • Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
  • Identify and grow opportunities, collaborating with sales teams for growth
  • Assist with client escalations and challenging requests as needed
  • Support administrative and operational tasks (data entry, system updates, schedules)

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing client relationships (hospitality, client success, or sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathy and problem-solving mindset
  • Proactive approach to addressing challenges and offering solutions
