Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs
- Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
- Identify and grow opportunities, collaborating with sales teams for growth
- Assist with client escalations and challenging requests as needed
- Support administrative and operational tasks (data entry, system updates, schedules)
Requirements
- Proven experience managing client relationships (hospitality, client success, or sales preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
