What You’ll Be Doing

As our Client Success Partner (Customer Service Representative), you’ll be the friendly face and trusted voice for our customers. Your role is to create exceptional experiences, solve problems with empathy and speed, and build strong, lasting relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Respond to questions via email, phone, and chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Share clear info about services, properties, and booking processes.
  • Handle concerns or complaints with care and proactive solutions.

Relationship Management

  • Create memorable experiences that turn first-time clients into long-term fans.
  • Follow up with clients to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Represent The Flex with professionalism, warmth, and customer focus.

Problem Solving

  • Troubleshoot booking or property issues while keeping customers updated.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, property management) to resolve issues quickly.

Feedback & Insights

  • Gather customer feedback and spot patterns to improve service.
  • Share suggestions with the team to enhance user experience.

Admin & Reporting

  • Keep detailed records of interactions and resolutions using our CRM.
  • Support performance tracking and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer support, client success, or a similar people-first role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Calm, positive attitude when handling challenges or tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, support platforms, and digital workflows.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Naturally empathetic with a genuine drive to help others.
