Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services
- Assist with order placements and returns processing
- Analyse customer concerns and offer effective resolutions
- Maintain detailed records through accurate data entry
- Upsell relevant products or services based on customer needs
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with excellent phone etiquette
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service role is desirable
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish or additional languages is a plus
- Proven ability to analyse situations and provide smart solutions
- Experience with CRM systems or other data entry tools
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
